Information used by the site

If you create an account, the authentication system handles your name and email address, email-verification status, and account and session records. Session records can include IP address and browser user-agent fields where recorded.

When you use membership features, the signed-in account email is used to start hosted checkout and check subscription status. Checkout is hosted by Stripe and initiated through Polsia’s billing service. Payment details are entered in the hosted checkout; this site does not provide its own card-entry form.

Account-verification email is sent through the installed Polsia email proxy. Deedloom’s page-view beacon stores a persistent polsia_vid identifier in browser local storage and sends that identifier with the deployed app slug to Polsia when a page loads.

When you apply for help, the form collects your name, age, date of birth, mailing address, phone number, email address, category of need, story, and the required adult-eligibility and privacy consent. Deedloom uses these details to assess and review your application and to contact you if follow-up is needed.

Purposes and service providers

These flows use account information to authenticate members, support email verification, start membership checkout, and retrieve membership status. Stripe is the payment-handling processor and provides hosted checkout. Polsia is the hosting and platform-operations processor, including billing and email-proxy requests and the page-view beacon.

Help applications are stored in Deedloom’s service-request queue and can be viewed only by authenticated Deedloom administrators through the protected administration area. Other site visitors and members cannot browse applications. When delivery is available, a notification containing the application reference and a link to the protected review queue is sent to Deedloom’s company inbox through the Polsia email proxy; it does not include the form answers. Pending or failed notification status can be reviewed and retried by an administrator.

Retention and privacy requests

Account profile data and site-usage analytics, including page-view analytics sent to Polsia, are retained for no more than 24 months and then automatically deleted. To request complete access to your data or deletion of your data, email deedloom-7@polsia.app. We will fulfill these requests within 30 days.

Help-application records are retained for 24 months from submission. A daily cleanup removes records after that period, including their review history and notification state. To request access to or deletion of an application, email deedloom-7@polsia.app. We will respond within 30 days.
